A conversation
A short call to understand the situation and whether we are the right firm for it. No charge.

Discovery or proposal
Where the problem is already clear, we go straight to a written proposal. Where it is not, a paid 90-minute discovery names the barriers and the decision, and ends with a one-page note.

A defined engagement
One scope, one fee, one end point. Diagnostic, operating plan, process and capability, or financial models.
04
Implementation with ownership
We support delivery by the month or as a project, and only where someone inside the organisation owns the outcome.
