Enquire about this toolkitDecide where your business wants to go, how it will compete and what it needs to prioritise.
Who it is for
Founders, business owners and leadership teams that need a practical strategy rather than a blank planning document.
What it covers
- Business Reality Check
- Current performance, business model, strengths, constraints and the central strategic question.
- Market & Opportunity
- Target customers, unmet needs, market changes, competitor gaps and growth opportunities.
- Strategic Choices
- Where to compete, how to win, differentiation and what the business will deliberately not pursue.
- Strategic Priorities
- Three to five priorities, with owners and measures of success.
- Financial Ambition
- Revenue and margin ambitions, growth drivers and important assumptions.
- Execution Roadmap
- Initiatives, ownership, sequencing, milestones and a review rhythm.
- First 90 Days
- Immediate actions, deadlines, accountability and the first review.
What you get
- A structured strategy summary.
- Clear strategic priorities and measures.
- A practical 12-month roadmap.
- A first-90-days action plan.
- Downloadable data backups, CSV exports and printable outputs.
In practice
A growing services company uses it to decide whether to enter a new market or improve its existing business first, then assigns owners to the chosen priorities.
Important boundaries
- It structures your thinking; it does not independently conduct market research or validate commercial assumptions.

90-Day Execution Planner

KES 4,900
Proposed price · Subject to approval
Enquire about this toolkitTurn an agreed strategy into weekly action and measurable progress.
Who it is for
Managers and teams that know their priorities but struggle with ownership, follow-through or consistent reporting.
What it covers
- Quarter setup
- Organisation, accountable sponsor and a defined 90-day period.
- Three measurable outcomes
- Each with an owner, baseline, measure and target.
- Action tracking
- Up to 100 actions with owners, deadlines, completion percentages and dependencies or blockers.
- Weekly reviews
- Thirteen review periods to record evidence, obstacles and decisions.
- Sponsor summary
- Completed actions, average reported progress and overdue actions.
What you get
- A reusable quarterly execution plan.
- A clear accountability register.
- A weekly operating-review structure.
- A management progress summary.
- A fictional worked example, backup files, action CSV and printable outputs.
In practice
A company wants to improve delivery performance, collect overdue invoices and increase recurring revenue. The planner connects each outcome to actions, owners and weekly evidence.
Important boundaries
- Progress is entered by the user. The tool does not independently verify completion, send reminders or synchronise a team’s work.
03
Financial Planning & Board Reporting Toolkit
Pre-launch · Testing in progress
KES 16,900
Proposed price · Subject to approval
Enquire about this toolkitConnect operating plans to financial performance, cash needs and management decisions.
Who it is for
Small-business owners, finance leads and management teams that need an understandable forecast and a repeatable reporting process.
What it covers
- Twelve-month operating forecast
- Enter monthly revenue, direct costs and operating expenses to calculate gross profit and operating surplus.
- Simplified cash planning
- Enter opening cash, working-capital adjustments, capital expenditure, tax payments, debt service and funding to calculate monthly closing cash and flag negative balances.
- Scenario comparison
- Compare base, downside and upside cases. Revenue changes by the selected percentage; direct costs move proportionately, while operating expenses and other cash movements remain fixed.
- Monthly board reporting
- Select a reporting month and enter actual revenue and operating surplus. Compare actual results with the plan and record performance explanations, risks and mitigations, and decisions required from leadership or the board.
What you get
- A 12-month financial forecast.
- Monthly cash visibility and shortfall warnings.
- Scenario comparisons.
- Plan-versus-actual reporting.
- A worked example, forecast CSV, backups and printable outputs.
In practice
A business considering expansion can examine whether additional operating costs create a cash shortfall, then use the results to frame a funding or spending decision.
Important boundaries
- This is not an integrated three-statement model or an accounting system.
- Operating surplus is not net profit.
- Collection and payment timing differences must be entered as cash adjustments.
- Currency selection labels figures; it does not convert them.
- Financial assumptions require review before decisions are made.
Understand how AI is being used, assess whether it delivers value and establish practical policies and employee guardrails.
Who it is for
Business leaders, HR, operations, IT, risk and compliance teams—particularly where employees are already using AI without a consistent governance structure.
What it covers
- Part A: AI usage inventory
- Document AI tools and AI-enabled systems, departments and activities, approved or informal use, information entered, use-case owners and the influence of outputs on important decisions.
- Part A: Effectiveness review
- Assess accuracy and reliability, evidenced time savings, rework and errors, human-review needs, adoption, actual business value and suitability for the task.
- Approved tools
- Which tools employees may use and how new tools are approved.
- Data protection
- What information may or may not be entered into AI systems.
- Human review
- Which outputs must be checked and who remains accountable.
- Restricted uses
- Activities requiring additional approval or specialist assessment.
- Transparency
- When AI involvement should be disclosed.
- Fairness and accuracy
- Checks appropriate to the use case and its potential impact.
- Supplier oversight
- Questions about data handling, access, retention and contractual terms.
- Incident reporting
- How to report data exposure, harmful outputs or inappropriate use.
- Governance ownership
- Who approves, monitors and periodically reassesses AI use.
Intended outputs
- An AI inventory, use-case assessment and evidence gaps.
- Prioritised recommendations to continue, improve, restrict or discontinue particular uses.
- Draft AI acceptable-use policy and employee quick-reference guide.
- AI approval and exception process.
- Governance responsibility matrix.
- Risk and control register.
- A 90-day improvement plan and periodic review checklist.
In practice
A company discovers that employees use public AI tools to summarise customer documents. The proposed toolkit would help identify data risks, assess approved alternatives and establish clear rules for handling those documents.
Important boundaries
- This toolkit has not yet been built. Its scope and outputs are proposed.
- A self-assessment cannot certify compliance or establish that a system is safe. Independent testing, legal advice and specialist review may still be necessary.
Independent working.
Tailored support.
The three existing products are downloadable browser-based tools, not cloud subscriptions. They support local working and file exports, but not live collaboration or automatic cross-device synchronisation.
The proposed licence permits internal use by one purchasing organisation, excluding resale or redistribution. Consulting, customisation and independent assurance are separate services.
Before launch, product testing, pricing and purchase terms must be approved, and payment processing and automatic delivery configured and tested. The prices shown are proposals, not verified market averages.
